The other day Beckham crawled onto my lap, what lap I have left. I asked him if he wanted to say anything to the baby. I encouraged him to say a few things. Isabel was listening in and squeezed herself, as she often does, in between us and had this to say," Baby, I am so excited for you to get here because I know you are going to be so cute." Then she went back to playing. Out of all the kids, I'm pretty sure Isabel is the most excited for a new sister. Quite the opposite of her older brother. I know she is going to be my biggest help. I am so grateful for her sweetness and thoughtfulness.

That's pretty darn cute! I am sure that you are going to have more help from Isabel than you will know what to do with. I am also glad that you write down what they say, because that will be fun to look back on in the future.
I'm glad you shared this story. I love how uninhibited Isabel is about expressing herself. Love that little chica!
