Since our Enrichment on the Ten Virgins I have been striving to fill my lamp. I wasn't quite sure how I was going to incorporate scripture study into my day. I knew it was important to me, and because it was I knew I would find and make the time. I found the time while I nurse Grace. Either in the mornings or evenings while I'm still in bed with her, I will read my scriptures. I am so grateful for that personal revelation. It has already started to make a difference in me. There is a greater spirit of peace about me which is then extended to my children. I have noticed a difference, and I hope they have as well.
I thought it would be good to share some of my favorite scriptures that I stumble upon. Hence the new addition to my blog.

I'm glad you found time for scripture study. Jamie and I try to read scriptures during Asher and Soren's final evening meal. I love it when we do. Thanks for sharing your favorite scriptures! I like that addition to your blog.
I am trying to incorporate more spiritual aspects into my day as well. Like actually going to a leadership meeting tomorrow night instead of blowing it off..... baby steps. I know this isn't an excuse but having faith is one of my natural gifts. Because of that, I don't always take the time to study and learn because I already believe it's true! I constantly feel the presence of the Holy Ghost and pray in my mind about 50 times a day so I don't make the time to have a formal prayer. I know I would be that much stronger if I did make the time but I get by so well on my faith that it's hard to find the motivation. Good thing I have great friends like you to remind me.... thanks for the insights!
