Changed the Name

I once again changed the name of my "weight loss" blog.  I no longer wanted the word Fight in the title.  I don't feel like I am fighting with myself any more.   So I changed it.  I'm going to try and be more consistent and post often.  It seems to help keep me in check and focused on my goals.  You should check it out here.
