Sensory Overload

Telling me she's had enough.
And yes, I realize I forgot one important accessory, the Bib.

This rice cereal stuff taste so much better with
my fingers in my mouth!!

I found a good use for my long fingers.
Grabbing the spoon away from Mom.

She's thinking 1 of 2 things here:
1. Yuck, this stuff is nasty!!
or
2. Ooooo, this spoon thing feels awsome on my gums

Brent and I laughed at her crossing her eyes every time the
spoon moved in.

This past weekend I experienced several firsts. One of them I already blogged about, that was sending Jaren off to Weblos Woods. The second, was feeding Grace rice cereal. Yes, she is just 4 months old, but I did it with all my other kids. I don't think I ever documented my other children's first time eating the sick stuff. Who ever said that the youngest child never gets their picture taken? I'm pretty sure I have more pictures taken of Grace then I do of Beckham. So maybe Beckham was going to be my last, and that statement would have been true.
Brent and I got a huge kick out of her reaction. One thing that was quite comical is Grace began pooping. And if any of you have ever heard Grace poop, it's not a quiet matter. She follows after all my other children, lots and lots of gas. It was pretty darn funny.

Those looks of eating rice cereal for the first time are always classic. She still reminds me so much of my baby photos! Crazy.

Kids are so fun to watch as they learn new things. I am going to guess from the pictures that Grace does like the cereal.
