Since I've been focused a lot on my own well being, i.e. my weight. I've been thinking a lot about how I can help my children to not have the same struggles that I've had. It begins now for them. Knowledge is power. I want them to develop good and positive habits now. I stumbled upon this in an e-mail. I think it's simple tips to help our children be happy, healthy and well balanced. After all, isn't that what we all want?
The last 3 tips are probably my favorite.
