Grace LOVES eggs!! Her favorite way to eat them is straight from the shell, hard boiled of course. At Easter she insisted on peeling her own egg. I was impressed with her fine motor skills. To actually get that hard shell off without destroying the tender egg inside.

Grace isn't the only loving eggs these days. I had over 2 dozen hard boiled eggs and I wasn't quite sure what to do with them. Well, my husband decided to join the world of exercise. I don't mean the once a week play basketball world. I'm talking about the get up at 5am and work out world. I couldn't be more excited about this. I have been getting up with him every morning and have enjoyed every second of our early morning time together. In his effort to eat more healthy, Brent starting packing eggs in his lunch. My problem was solved in an instant. Now I have to boil a ton-o-eggs.

All my other girls love eggs too. Deviled, egg salad sandwich, sliced in a salad! Bring on the eggs!
